A very good experience at Woqod Al Mamoura car wash. I appreciated the switch from paper receipts to a tablet system, the quick registration process, and how confidently the employee used it. Card payment is also now available directly with the staff member, and the receipt was sent instantly by SMS, making the whole process faster and more convenient. The reason for giving 4 stars is the lack of a dedicated and comfortable waiting area for car wash and service customers. While customers can enter the station’s convenience store and sit there, it is not a practical or suitable solution for the full waiting period, especially in Qatar’s climate. I also suggest adding employees’ names to their uniforms and allowing customers to rate them through the Woqod app or SMS to recognize and encourage excellent service.
